Terms of Use

Last reviewed: August 2026

The short version: SleepHelpr is a subscription tracker, billed through your Apple ID, auto-renewing until you cancel. It is not medical advice and does not decide your dose. See the subscription details below and the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Subscription terms

SleepHelpr requires an active subscription to use, after a free onboarding flow that explains the app and its safety information. Two plans are offered, both auto-renewing, neither with a free trial:

PlanPriceBilling
Monthly$4.99Renews every month until cancelled
Yearly$29.99Renews every year until cancelled

What you're getting

A subscription unlocks: the B-complex course countdown, vitamin D and B12 lab tracking against a target band, daily sleep and symptom logging, and the 21-paper evidence library rated by strength. Everything is described in more detail on the home page.

No medical advice

SleepHelpr is an educational tracker, not medical advice, and does not decide your dose. The protocol it tracks comes from one clinician's clinical observation, not randomised trials. Set any dose with a doctor who can read your actual labs. See the Learn and Research tabs in the app for a full breakdown of what is and isn't supported by evidence.

Acceptable use

Use SleepHelpr for its intended purpose: tracking your own vitamin D and sleep data. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.

Standard Apple terms

Where this document doesn't cover something, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies.

Changes

If these terms change, the update will ship with the app version that introduces the change, and this page will be updated to match.
